Much to my surprise, Petter Nordlander implemented support for using Apache Camel as the engine of the transport service in Message Cowboy.
As of today, you have to chose either Mule or Camel as the engine of the transport service, but it should be possible to have two instances of the transport service going at the same time, with some modifications.
